Sleep is that one form of escape i'm guilty of. =X

just dawned on me that when it's exam period,

i really treasure sleep A LOT.

other times when it's holidays or when there's no stress,

sleep is sometimes like a waste of time...

simply because there are so many other things that would be prioritised first.

especially now,

i just look forward to my sleep every night.

it's my best form of reward. :)
